Yes. Here is a link that talks about some common side effects you might experience the first time you drink it.http://www.ehow.com/facts_5188768_wheatg…
Edit: I meant that common side effects are stomach aches, not gallbladder attacks! My bad. Please look at the list.

I do bulk juicing but try not to make NO more than 2 days worth.
Store in a air tight container & fill it too the brim even if you have to add water.
Yes it is true it loses is Health Bennies as it sits, plus I have found more than 2 days it's taste is off too.

Try to drink it as fast as possible. If you must store it overnight, place the juice in an air-tight container and stick it in the fridge. Try to leave as little empty space in the container as possible, as air robs the juice of its nutrients.
If you plan on keeping it longer than that, freeze it. It's the only way to preserve the nutrients that are left.

It depends on what your juicing. I don't think you loose much nutritional value over a day or two in the fridge, but some stuff doesn't taste as good after being in storage. Some fruits, like apples, start to ferment quickly, so you could end up with hard cider instead of apple juice if left in the fridge for to long.

I'm not sure why it wouldn't be? If you are looking to optimize absorption of nutrients you should drink the wheat grass on an empty stomach. The smoothie is packed with nutrients too so you're doing your body good anyways its not like your eating a giant steak after the wheatgrass haha

Comment on To Make A Healthy Smoothe With Spriulina Chlorophyll And Wheatgrass? by Kriky

Here are some ideas for you.
Throw in a handful of berries (1/2 cup), or an apple, peach, etc. and blend with the spirulina, wheatgrass and chlorophyll - 1 heaping tbsp combined powder to start
Also try something like raw organic cacao powder, 1 heaping tbsp
You can add in 1/2 cup to one cup water, fruit juice or rice milk, etc.
If it's not sweet enough, try some stevia, which is a sweetening herb that is actually good for you
Carrots can also sweeten up the mixture a bit, blend them fine
Ground flax seed for fibe and bulk - 1 heaping tbsp. (apple will also give some fibre).
Experiment with different combinations of things
Personally I find the grass juices too strong for my liking and take them in capsule form with water along with my smoothie.
Other superfoods to consider, Maca, Goji Berry, Mangostein, Noni, Acai. You can add in 2 oz of any one of these to your blended drink, powder or liquid. Buy organic wherever you can.
With smoothies you will know you have hit the optimal amount when you feel really energized and have a strong sense of well being. If you feel tired you will know to cut your dosages down a bit.
You may also want to consider medicinal mushrooms like Reishi, Shitake, Maitake, Cordyceps, Chaga. Buy organic. With the mushrooms - they have to be hotwater extracted to get the full potency. Here's some more info on medicinal mushrooms. http://www.jhsnp.com/store/products.html
Another option is to buy them in your local Chinatown and boil them and drink the tea or put them in soups and stews.
If you just want to try one type of mushroom, go with Reishi and plan to take it for at least six months. It is an adaptogenic herb with many benefits and particularly beneficial to the immune system.
Hope this helps. To your good health! :)
