Im reading juice masters book.
He doesnt peel it.
so you just wash the whole thing,then juice it?

it quite a different approach to what I have seen/read.

Is it healthier to drink just vegetable juices? I find that when I juice corn kernels, that my body actually digest the corn. If I eat corn on the cob, I tend to see pieces of corn before I flush. Which indicates, my body is not digesting it.

Is anyone else here a juicearian?

Do you believe the raw food diet is the healthiest diet?

I have been doing a lot of research and I do believe the raw food diet is the healthiest diet. I have decided to just stick with the raw food diet. I mean, I still want to do a lot of juicing, but not exclusively. I want to include whole raw fruits and vegetables in my diet as well. I think this diet is the original diet of humans before we became corrupt and started eating the corpses of other beings (gross!).
The raw foods diet is not a fad. The meat eating diet is the fad. The original man ate a diet of raw fruits and vegetables. It was only after man became corrupt, that he started eating meat and giving up morals.
You know, I laugh when I read some of these replies. You people are like the blind following the blind. You people can’t think for yourselves. You just believe what ever you were told. You people are sheep.
