How Do You Eat A Raw Diet Exclusively? After 2 Days Of Vegie Juicing And Big Raw Vegie Salads-my Body Is ..?
kind of sick of vegetables. Should I just continue on or what? What technique is required in getting your body used to exclusive vegetables? please, has anyone done this? is this normal? thank you.

It can take several weeks for your body to adjust to a raw diet, and to detox. Try doing a 50/50 to start, then ease up as you can. I do about an 80/20, with 80 percent raw, and 20 percent lightly steamed or cooked. It just takes a bit to get your body used to it. Kefir is a great probiotic that helps with digestion.
You can’t live on veggies alone. Veggies are a source of minerals, but they must be complemented with fruits, which are a source of vitamins and calories. You also need some nuts and seeds for healthy fats and added protein. Here are some links that will almost certainly help you:
- Raw vegan protein:http://www.associatedcontent.com/article…
- Green smoothies: get your leafy greens and your fruits in 1 big glass. They are awesome:http://www.associatedcontent.com/article…

Have you tried dehydrating? You can basically use your oven at a low temp i.e. around 100 to 150 F. You can also make raw soups…if you don’t want it cold, it can be gently warmed to just barely above room temp -> or there abouts. There are also some great recipes out there for burgers, pasta, kebabs, etc. Here is a link to some recipes: http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/
I hope that helps. Happy “cooking”.
For a diet to be raw, I believe only 70% of what you consume needs to be raw. However, you can prepare a million different things other than juice and salads. There are even entire raw cookbooks. Get some…sounds like you need help in the kitchen.
You’re not supposed to eat JUST vegetables..you need fruit and legumes and rice and soy and beans and grains. Not ONLY vegetables. Have a well rounded diet in oder to get all your vitamins and minerals=~)
Steak tartare, Carpaccio, Sushi, and air dried sausages that are not smoked.
