What Are The Nutritional Advantages To Juicing Produce?

Am intrigued by the ‘juicer’ machines that squeeze produce dry, leaving the pulp behind. But since you are removing important dietary fiber, what are the advantages of ‘juicing’ your produce into a beverage?

    Absolutely none ! It’s much better to eat the whole fruit, go with your gut feeling, make a fruit salad instead !
