i need whatever you know, milk shakes, juices, smoothies. it’s for a charity project we’re doing at school and my teacher wants everything done by tomorrow and she only told us today so we’re jammed!
i need it fast please.

    Quick fruit smoothie:
    freeze banannas and berries (your choice) ahead of time
    To make smoothie, put a frozen bananna and handful of the frozen berries in a blender. Add a couple heaping spoonfuls of yogurt (your choice, but I like vanilla) and fruit juice (I recommend apple). Blend well and enjoy!
